I have personally "tested" his cuisine and it is fantastic: presentation, innovation, taste, fresh ingredients! BUFFET BREAKFAST : Fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals and different toast . Omelete, scrambled or sunny eggs, pancakes, bacon, cheese or salami plate and tomato salad MONDAY LUNCH: - "Meli-melo"of shrimps and scallops on citrus fruits and salad. - Sole has “Belle meurniere”, saffron rice with vegetables. - Chocolate Fondant with mocha ice cream MONDAY DINER: - Spinach and feta cheese filo parcels on arugula salad. - Fillet of Beef with mushroom sauce and scalloped oven-browned potatoes - Tart tatin with caramel ice cream THURSDAY LUNCH: - Asian tuna tartar, on a celery remoulade salad. - Seafood lasagna with basilica - “Farandole” of fresh fruits with sorbet DINER: - Freshly roasted goat cheese with lavender honey on green salad. - Crown of lamb roast with herbs, various roated vegetables. - Dark chocolate marquise with orange oil and vanilla cream. Indulgence offers a spacious and lavish haven to escape to at the end of a fun-filled day. This comprises four luxury cabins, one Master cabin, one VIP cabin, and two twin cabins with the option of a Pullman berth in each. The Master cabin and the VIP are amid ships both having full beam dimensions with king size beds. Both cabins are extremely spacious with plenty of hanging space. The Master cabin has the benefit of a full bathroom facility with jacuzzi bath whilst the VIP has en-suite shower facility. The two twin cabins are equally comfortable, each with their own en-suite shower and toilet facilities. All cabins benefit from sound systems and TV/DVD facilities. |
